David S. Litton is a psychologist/consultant with expertise in career and executive development as well as employee selection, change management, EAP counseling and critical incident debriefing. He has worked with executives, managers, and staff of many organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, to deal with down-sizing, restructuring and various other significant organizational events. He has provided directional counseling to executives and managers and has carried out organization reviews and conflict mediation.
